Back with UCOS in London. The team re-investigates a murder (there’s a surprise) that may or may not have been incorrectly solved the first time around, leading to a possibly innocent man’s 16-year imprisonment. And the fact that Brian hands Commander Embleton’s confession of murder to a member of the public is apparently a problem, for reasons I don’t quite understand.
My favourite thing about this episode was the fact that there was a character called Stefan King featured. Someone on the scriptwriting team was clearly having a joke. But apart from that it was an average episode (apart from that bit at the end that I can’t talk about because spoilers, but…sad, or what?), with some amusing moments and an interesting solution. Nice to see Brian trying to make up with his son, though.
